A) Energized! I’m looking forward to what’s next and already taking steps to prepare.
B) Uncertain. I have mixed feelings—part of me is excited, but part of me is anxious or unsure.
C) Overwhelmed. I haven’t really thought about it and feel stuck or uneasy about what comes next.
What do you think will give you a sense of purpose in retirement?
A) I’ve got ideas! I’ve identified passions, causes, or roles that will bring meaning to my days.
B) Still exploring. I have some interests but haven’t figured out how they might shape my purpose yet.
C) No clue. I’m not sure what purpose looks like without my career.
How aligned are your retirement plans with your core values?
A) Very aligned. I’ve thought about what matters most to me and am designing my next chapter around it.
B) Somewhat aligned. I have a general idea of my values, but I’m not sure how they’ll show up in retirement.
C) Not aligned yet. I haven’t really considered how my values might shape my retirement lifestyle.
How would you rate your current approach to staying mentally, socially, and physically well in retirement?
A) Strong and intentional. I have routines, relationships, and wellness practices that support my cognitive, social, and physical health.
B) Work in progress. I’ve started exploring wellness and social habits, but I’m still figuring out what works best for me.
C) Needs attention. I haven’t spent much time thinking about how to stay sharp, connected, or physically healthy in retirement.
How confident are you in your retirement financial plan and your ability to adapt it over time?
A) Very confident. I’ve worked with a financial professional and have a plan for income, expenses, and unexpected events.
B) Somewhat confident. I’ve made general plans but need to refine them or get help to feel more secure.
C) Not confident. I feel uncertain or overwhelmed when thinking about finances and could use guidance.
How prepared are you to structure your time and create a meaningful daily life in retirement?
A) Well-prepared. I have a clear vision of how I want to spend my time and have identified key priorities, boundaries, and routines.
B) Somewhat prepared. I’ve thought about it but haven’t created a structure or clear plan yet.
C) Not prepared. I haven’t really considered how I’ll spend my time or what will bring me a sense of purpose and fulfillment.
