Lori is an experienced professional with over three decades in the field of human resource development. In 1990, she founded Training and Performance Solutions, LLC, and has collaborated with major corporations across various industries by creating learning strategies to help leaders and their teams to effectively prepare for and navigate the human side of organizational change.
As founder of Retiring on Purpose, LLC, her goal is to empower her clients to be competent, confident, and comfortable in their abilities to approach new beginnings with clarity, create a plan to achieve their goals and live life with intention!
